Silent Auction Fund Raising Event
19th June 2025
A silent auction is a fundraising event where guests place written bids on donated items.
1. To begin, the
items for auction are displayed. Things like; hotel stays, gift vouchers, or local experiences will be shown on tables with short descriptions and a starting bid price.
2. Guests write down their bids. If you want to buy something, you write your name and the amount of money you want to offer on a bid sheet.
There's an element of mystery (and competition) as no other guest will know what you bid and you won't know what other guests are bidding.
3.At the end of the review and bidding time, the auctioneer commences to the reveal, with anticipation and excitement, the highest bids for each item.
4. The highest bidder wins!
The person who wrote the highest bid for each item gets to buy it and gives the money to the organizers.
It's a fun and engaging way to raise vital funds for a meaningful cause.
Donate
If you are a business owner with products or services which you would like to donate towards this good cause, then we would like to hear from you.
Items for auction might include; a stay at your hotel or resort, dinner at your restaurant, vouchers or tickets for your tours, clothes from your tailor shop or a treatment at your spa.
Whatever you are prepared to donate your company name and contribution will, of course, be displayed and presented through the evening.
Your information on donations for auction required by 31st May 2025.

Natacha School
20 years ago Elisabeth Zana began work on her project that is the Natacha School, she formed strong connections with local communities—especially at Bankuankojan School, now known as Natacha’s School. Throughout the years since her move to Krabi, her work has been supported by a network of dedicated Thai and European partners, who have helped bring many projects to life and sustain NAT’s mission.
The NAT Association— Naître (to be born), Aider (to help), Transmettre (to pass on) —represents Elisabeth’s commitment to work at raising funds and encouraging donations with heart and purpose towards helping children, their families and communities build brighter futures in Thailand, her second home.
