Meet Kevin Rautenbach, our Director leading our committee.
Kevin is a seasoned tourism and hospitality expert and entrepreneur with a passion for modernisation and hospitality sectors digitalisation.
He is the co- founder and Executive Director of Miand Asia, a company focused on digital transformation in the hospitality industry.
He also serves as Director at Skål International, a global organisation of Travel and Tourism professionals, and has held leadership roles such as President of Skål International Krabi and President of Skål International Thailand.
Kevin’s superpower lies in his ability to drive innovations and digital transformation within the tourism and hospitality sectors, fostering global connections and sustainable growth.
Meet Lucy Macridis, an active member of the Skål International Education and Training Committee representing Region 14.
She brings a passion for empowering professionals through strategic learning experiences. With a background in transformational coaching, training and mentorship, she specialises in helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential by aligning purpose with performance.
Lucy’s superpower is turning complex ideas into clear, actionable strategies that inspire growth and lasting impact.
Meet Lavonne Wittmann - a dynamic travel professional with 40 years in the industry and 33 years as a proud Skål International member, Including serving as World President in 2018-2019.
She combines deep industry expertise with a powerful coaching spirit and a passion for driving positive change.
She is passionately committed to fostering emotional intelligence, diversity, inclusivity, belonging and empathy within our global organisation. She firmly believes that every member has the capacity to embrace these values and contribute to building a more dynamic, forward-thinking organization, one where collaboration thrives, members grow together and Skål International continues to shine as a guiding force in the global travel and tourism industry.
